At Arvana, every handcrafted product is made with care and attention to detail. Since our items are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur, making each piece unique.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong item was delivered
• Product has a major defect

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Reason for return

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Used items
• Minor handmade variations
• Orders damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be refunded to the original payment method or via store credit

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible.
